Please be aware while we are doing our best to get orders delivered as quickly as possible, couriers are experiencing delays worldwide due to high volume demands and covid restrictions, these delays are beyond our control.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to delays with UK Customs Clearance, packages shipping to the UK are taking longer than normal, these delays are completely out of our control.
Christmas Delivery Dates
For delivery of orders before Christmas, please place your order before the following dates.
Ireland 16th December
*UK 9th December
*Europe 14th December
*USA & Canada 14th December
Rest of the World: 2nd December
*Delivery is subject to courier availability to your area.
Please note delivery is subject to normal delivery service and does not include any delays which may occur, which are out of our control such as customs clearance, adverse weather conditions or customer unavailability on arrival of package.
Please note: Deliveries to UK, *Europe, USA & Canada are made by Fedex. Fedex cannot deliver to PO Box addresses, therefore, any orders with a PO Box/APO shipping address will be sent by registered post, and will take longer to arrive, If posting to a PO Box address please order before 2nd December.
Deliveries to the rest of the world are by registered post and will take 10-15 working days for delivery
Orders Placed after these dates may still arrive in time for Christmas, but cannot be guaranteed.
Orders Placed after 10a.m. (GMT) on December 22nd will not be dispatched until January 4th as we will be closed for the Christmas Holiday Season
We charge a flat rate of US$24.95 per order for deliveries to the USA/Canada and Australia. So you can buy as many products for one delivery cost.

Please note packages may be delayed from time to time due to adverse weather conditions, airport closures, customs delays or during periods of high volume of general deliveries. These delays are completely out of our control. We do our best to ensure your package arrives safely; all packages have an individual Track and Trace number. If for some reason your package hasn’t arrived please contact us for your tracking number and we will do our best to establish the whereabouts of the package for you.
When your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation of dispatch. We aim to dispatch all orders in 24-72 hours on receipt of order. Please note items are dispatched week days only excluding holiday weekends.

Fedex cannot deliver to PO Box addresses, therefore, any orders with a PO Box shipping address will be sent by registered post, and will take longer to arrive.
If for some reason your item is out of stock we will email you with an estimated delivery date, an alternative option of your purchase such as colour or similar style where available or a full refund.
Any taxes and or duties on your order will NOT be included in your online total.
The carrier will charge the package recipient all applicable duty, taxes at time of delivery. Since we do not charge, or collect these taxes, they won’t be included in your online total. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding these charges.
Please note from 1st January 2021, items been delivered to the UK maybe charged import taxes & customs fees. These charges and fees are not included in your online total and are completely out of our control. These additional costs are charged by the UK RH Revenue & Customs Department. Fedex will collect these charges on behalf of the UK RH Revenue service. For further information on these charges please contact your local Government office.
